Another Day another Dollar

Well I'm half way done. What a learning experience this has been. After 3 weeks into a 6 week class you can really see how group dynamics can change. There are phases to group dynamics and I can honestly say that our group is in the "bid for power stage".
Personalities are coming out of the wood work and you get to see a person's true personality and goals in this stage. As we work through on why we are here and what goals need to be achieved we should see a lessening in the personality conflicts that we are seeing now.
